Premium Coaching Plan
This program is for the athlete who wants to work one-on-one with a PLAN7 coach and have access to expert input and feedback. As a team, both athlete and coach discuss each aspect of the plan from goals to events to daily training with time constraints in mind. Your coach will guide you through the program providing attention and feedback as the athlete learns how to implement and optimize the workouts as well as build an understanding of the way their body responds to the training. This training program is customized to meet your individualized needs, whether you are a professional athlete trying to gain that extra 1% or on an extremely time constrained schedule.
Training with power is the best way to make your training efficient and effective. If you don’t have a power meter, not to worry. We have the ability to determine your training zones based on power testing in our studio while measuring heart rate or testing blood lactate levels to determine Threshold Power or Heart Rate training zones. Training, power and heart rate logs are reviewed throughout the week.
Premium Plan coached athletes have communication access to their coach via email, phone and text. Phone calls and emails will be answered within 24 hours. Text messages will be answered as soon as possible so you can carry on with your day.

Integrated Plan - Fueling for Optimal Performance
This plan is for the athlete wanting the full package: the Premium Plan with integrated Nutrition. You will work one-on-one with your coach AND nutrition coach Breanne Nalder, both providing access to the maximum amount of experienced input and feedback. This training program is customized to meet your individualized needs, whether you are a professional athlete trying to gain that extra 1% or on an extremely time constrained schedule. Your coaches will guide you through your program providing attention as the you learn what is expected, how to implement the workouts, and how to interpret the way your body responds to the training. Power testing is important throughout the season as is metabolic rate testing. With your coach you’ll decide on the intervals of testing based on where you are at in your training progression. Training logs are reviewed daily and all e-mail and phone calls are returned within 24 hours. Along with the fitness plan, Breanne provides the nutritional needs, specific food, hydrations, and supplements that your body needs to be able to perform what your coach expects of you. Together, you are fully taken care of, even though you will do the work!

Basic Coaching Plan
This is a program for an athlete who wants to work individually with a PLAN7 coach and have access to input and feedback on a monthly basis, but who doesn't need daily structure. Your coach will give you 3 to 4 key workouts per week for you to execute at your convenience. As with any PLAN7 training program your coach will use your goals, intentions and time constraints to develop an efficient plan. Your training log will be reviewed monthly. Testing is an additional expense with this program. You’ll have a Basic Training Peaks account to see your schedule and load and review your training data.

Individual Consultation
A one-on-one appointment for the athlete who has a solid idea on what they would like to accomplish and simply need some advice or expertise. Sit down with one of our coaches to analyze goals and training objectives. Other ways to use a single consult include getting outside for a ride with Dave to work on cornering and descending skills, improve your sprint form, get comfortable on the gravel or MTB or have your riding skills analyzed in general. Use your consultation session to plan out your season goals, determine an appropriate event schedule or planning nutrition needs for an endurance or stage race with nutrition coach Breanne. Your coach will use their experience and skills to take your training and performance to a higher level.
