Winter Fitness Coach in Salt Lake County, UT

This customized 21 week program provides the ultimate indoor training system for all fitness levels. The periodized program is designed by Dave Harward, PLAN7 founder and a USA Cycling Level 1 Certified Coach. Utilizing top of the line equipment from CompuTrainer and PerfPro Studio, you will ride relative to your functional threshold power (FTP), which is more than likely to improve throughout the program. The software automates the workouts, so all you have to do is push the pedals!

Classes are structured for 2x/week. However, we want to make it easy for you to come ride, so you have the option to CREATE the schedule that works best for your life. You can reserve classes on as many days/week as you want, including yoga, core strength and stretching classes! Drop-In classes are available for those that may not want to commit to the full season. Although, after a few classes we know you'll be hooked!

  • Train in zones based on your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) All power tests are included with registration for the season

  • Analysis of your workouts sent directly to you with all the data and numbers of your performance

  • Your own Training Peaks account with workouts and rest days so you know what to do when you're not at House of Watts

  • Core strength, stretch, and Yoga classes offered in conjunction with cycling classes. A great yin to the yang!

PLAN7 Endurance Coaching’s House of Watts is a 21-week indoor winter training program that can be customized to your current fitness level. Located in Salt Lake County, UT, we service our county as well as Utah County, UT. Designed by Dave Harward, our founder and a certified cycling coach, this program focuses on indoor cycling and yoga to help you meet your fitness goals.

At Your Level and Speed

Your winter fitness coach will help you find your functional threshold power (FTP). FTP is the amount of power you can generate for one hour, and working at this level will help you increase your endurance and get a great workout. We use the best available equipment from CompuTrainer and PerfPRO Studio to help you improve your fitness level.

We’ve structured our classes so that you come in two times each week. But we know that you’re busy, so we’ve made it convenient for you to come in by allowing you to customize a workout schedule that easily fits into your life. At PLAN7 Endurance Coaching, you can reserve as many classes as you’d like, doing indoor cycling, yoga, stretching, and core strength classes whenever you want.

At PLAN7 Endurance Coaching’s House of Watts, we are ready to help you meet your fitness goals. You’ll work out in the same space as other people at your level, and our power tests to find your FTP are included in the registration. We’ll send you analyses of your workouts with all of the data you’d want. You’ll get a Training Peaks account that helps you continue to exercise at home.

You may be hesitant to commit to a full season right now. That’s okay. We offer drop-in classes that we’d be happy to see you in. Once you do a few classes at PLAN7 Endurance Coaching, then you’ll be hooked. Call us at either 801.550.0434 or 801.661.7988 to start our classes. 

 

HOUSE OF WATTS SCHEDULE

Monday/Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 6pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 5:15am, 7am, 5:30pm, 7pm

Friday: 6am, 8am, 12pm

Saturday/Sunday: 7am, 9am 


Watch for modified schedules during holidays for drop in classes. Drop-In Classes: are available when there are open stations in a class for $30 per class. Contact Breanne @ 801.550.0434 or breanne@plan7coaching.com to set up your drop-in. Drop-ins can not be used to reserve classes in advance. You will receive a discount on drop-in classes with your House of Watts enrollment of 2 or more days per week.
