This customized program provides the ultimate indoor training system for all fitness levels. This periodized program is based on scientific principles of structured work and adequate recovery. It’s a proven design from Dave Harward, PLAN7 founder and a USA Cycling Level 1 Certified Coach with nearly 15 years experience coaching cyclists to State, National and World Champions across the disciplines of mountain bike, road and cyclocross. Anyone trying to reach their goals will benefit from this structured program. Utilizing top of the line equipment from CompuTrainer and PerfPro Studio, you will ride relative to your functional threshold power (FTP), which is more than likely to improve throughout the program. The software automates the workouts, so all you have to do is push the pedals!

We want to make it easy for you to come ride, so you have the option to CREATE the schedule that works best for your life. You can reserve classes on as many days/week as you want! Drop-In classes are available for those that may not want to commit to the full season. Although, after a few classes we know you'll be hooked!

  • At Your Level & Speed - Train in zones based on your Threshold Power. We will use a Functional Threshold Power (FTP) protocol to help determine your training zones if you don’t already know your Threshold Power. We will set up a schedule to run FTP tests in later October before the program starts and we will do additional testing throughout the season.

  • Free Basic Training Peaks Account - To store all of your data from House of Watts classes. We’ll set your House of Watts profile to upload your workout data to your account right when you finish class. You’ll get a post-workout email with a summary analysis of your data and then you can check it out further in Training Peaks.

  • Training Peaks Structured Workout Add-On Option - Not only will all of your House of Watts workout data be loaded to your account, you’ll also find PLAN7 Structured Workouts for you to complete on the days you’re not in the studio to keep your training on track! These workouts are formatted to be easily exported to your Garmin/Wahoo cyclo-computers or training Apps like Zwift or TrainerRoad. We want to ride with you at our studio yet know you can’t always make it in everyday. Make the most of your winter with even more structure!

  • Power testing is included FREE with the program for anyone that wants to determine their FTP or check in on current power numbers before the program begins. We test again at the end of the program so you will know how your numbers have improved over the winter training season!

  • We’re working to make the program more convenient for you to attend by allowing you to customize a workout schedule that easily fits into your life. You can reserve as many classes as you’d like and at the times you want.

  • You may be hesitant to commit to a full season right now. That’s okay. We offer drop-in classes that we’d be happy to see you in. Once you do a few classes at PLAN7 Endurance Coaching, then you’ll be hooked. Call us at either 801.550.0434 or 801.661.7988 to start our classes. 


Monday/Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 6pm, 7:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 5:15am, 7am, 5:30pm, 7pm

Friday: 6am, 8am, 12pm

Saturday/Sunday: 7am, 9am 

Watch for modified schedules during holidays. Drop-In Classes: are available when there are open stations in a class for $30 per class. Contact Breanne @ 801.550.0434 or to set up your drop-in. Drop-ins can not be used to reserve classes in advance. You will receive a discount on drop-in classes with your House of Watts enrollment of 2 or more days per week.
