Currency Policy

All prices shown for services and product are in USD.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments occur on business days and a fulfillment email will be sent out when order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipment method - USPS Priority Mail 3-5 business days

Customers can request FEDEX shipping and will pay actual shipping costs.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipments must go to a street address to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking will be emailed within 24 hours of shipping.

Customs, duties, and taxes

PLAN7 Endurance Coaching is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

PLAN7 Endurance Coaching is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

PLAN7 Endurance Coaching does not ship out of the United States.

Returns Policy

New and unused products can be returned for a full refund. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Customers can make refund requests within 14 days of receipt of product.
