2018-2019 season is upon us! We will start October 1st-26th with limited schedule for those of you wanting to get your structured classes started early.
Power testing will be the week of 10/22-26 so you will know your initial FTP.
Regular classes November 12 - December 22, 2018
Holiday Break 12/23-12/29
Classes resume December 31, 2018- April 12, 2019

This customized 21 week program provides the ultimate indoor training system for all fitness levels. The periodized program is designed by Dave Harward, PLAN7 founder and a USA Cycling Level 1 Certified Coach. Utilizing top of the line equipment from CompuTrainer and PerfPro Studio, you will ride relative to your functional threshold power (FTP), which is more than likely to improve throughout the program. The software automates the workouts, so all you have to do is push the pedals!
Classes are structured for 2x/week. However, we want to make it easy for you to come ride, so you have the option to CREATE the schedule that works best for your life. You can reserve classes on as many days/week as you want, including yoga, core strength and stretching classes! Drop-In classes are available for those that may not want to commit to the full season. Although, after a few classes we know you'll be hooked!
- Train in zones based on your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) All power tests are included with registration for the season
- Analysis of your workouts sent directly to you with all the data and numbers of your performance
- Your own Training Peaks account with workouts and rest days so you know what to do when you're not at House of Watts
- Core strength, stretch, and Yoga classes offered in conjunction with cycling classes. A great yin to the yang!

Monday/Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 6pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 5:15am, 7am, 5:30pm, 7pm
Friday: 6am, 8am, 12pm
Saturday/Sunday: 7am, 9am
Closed October 27-November 11, Thanksgiving, and December 23-29 Watch for modified schedules during holidays for drop in classes

- 1 Day per week - $450
- 2 Days per week - $850
- 3 Days per week - $1250*
- 4 Days per week - $1600*
- 5 Days per week - $1900*

Drop-In Classes: Individual or 10x passes can be used in any class that there is open space. Reserve your spot using the app or online.
- Single Class - $30 (House of Watts Members: $18)
- 10 Class Pass - $250 (House of Watts Members: $150)
- October Program - $190/2 days a week, $230/3 days per week
Yoga & Core Classes
- Regular Drop in Class: $15 (House of Watts Members: $12)
- 10 class punch passes: $100
- Private Sessions (1 hr): $50
- Group sessions up to 5 people $100 - Set up your own time and group of your favorite people
