The design of PLAN7 Endurance Coaching’s training plans is to individualize a program for athletes assisting them in achievement of their goals. As a team, both athlete and coach discuss each aspect of the plan from goals to events to daily training and time constraints to put us on a path for success. Success may be found in race results, personal bests, or just finishing that effort you previously imagined as impossible.
Premium Coaching Plan
This program is for the athlete who wants to work one-on-one with a PLAN7 coach and have access to expert input and feedback. A close coach/athlete relationship will be established. The coach will guide the athlete through his/her program providing attention as the athlete learns what is expected of them, how to implement the workouts, and how to interpret the way their body responds to the training. Power testing is a must throughout your training plan. Testing sessions are typically scheduled every 8-10 weeks during the off-season to ensure your training is on track. Training, power and heart rate logs are reviewed weekly.

Integrated Plan (Fuel for Optimal Performance)
This plan is for the athlete wanting the full package: the Premium Plan with integrated Nutrition. You will work one-on-one with your coach AND nutrition coach Breanne Nalder, both providing access to the maximum amount of experienced input and feedback. This training program is customized to meet your individualized needs, whether you are a professional athlete trying to gain that extra 1% or on an extremely time constrained schedule. A close coach/athlete relationship will be established. Your will guide the athlete through his/her program providing attention as the athlete learns what is expected of them, how to implement the workouts, and how to interpret the way their body responds to the training. Power testing is a must at all points through the season. You will come in for a testing session every 4 to 6 weeks to ensure your training is on track. Training logs are reviewed daily and all e-mail and phone calls are returned within 24 hours. Along with the fitness plan, Breanne provides the nutritional needs, specific food, hydrations, and supplements that your body needs to be able to perform what your coach expects of you. Together, you are fully taken care of, even though you will do the work!

Basic Coaching Plan
This is a program for an athlete who wants to work individually with a PLAN7 coach and have access to input and feedback on a monthly basis, but who doesn't need daily structure. Your coach will give you 3 to 4 key workouts per week for you to execute at your convenience. As with any PLAN7 training program your coach will use your goals, intentions and time constraints to develop an efficient plan. Your training log will be reviewed monthly. Testing is an additional expense with this program.

Single Event Plan
This program provides an athlete with a structured training plan based on their individual goals and objectives. This is a great plan for someone with a specific event/race in mind. Once the plan is built there is no oversight by the coach. The athlete is self-coached.
$325 / 16-week plan
A one-on-one appointment for the athlete who has a solid idea on what they would like to accomplish and simply need some advice or expertise. Sit down with one of our coaches to analyze goals and training objectives. Other ways to use a single consult include getting outside for a ride with Dave to work on cornering and descending skills, improve your sprint form, or have him analyze your riding skills in general. Other ideas are dirt skills sessions with MTB coach Sarah Kauffman or planning nutrition needs for an endurance race or stage race with nutrition coach Breanne Nalder. You can also perform a power test using your bike on the CompuTrainer to set a baseline and build your power and heart rate training zones. Your coach will use their experience and skills to take your training and performance to a higher level.

For the athlete who wants to become the most efficient and injury-free runner possible. Following the techniques of Dr. Romanov in POSE Method, we will analyze your running and help you develop it into a smooth technique leading to more efficiency and avoiding common running injuries. POSE Running sessions are set up individually to make the most of the time and coaching. Dave Harward is a POSE Method trained coach. Training plans can be set up or you can choose to do individual training sessions. Use Dave’s experience and skills to take your training and performance to a higher level.
