PLAN7 Endurance Coaching provides services to endurance athletes of all types whether you plan on racing, becoming more fit, or reaching that personal best time for your event. The coaching staff at PLAN7 are focused on helping you reach your goals. We work with cyclists, runners, triathletes, and any type of endurance athlete whether it is on roads, trails, snow, water, or dirt. Let's get you as strong as your body can be with an effective training plan the is specific to YOU.

House of Watts

Our indoor training program utilizes Computrainer system to keep you fit in the off season. This isn't any regular spin class. You bring your own bike and the software keeps you in power zones. Sign up or drop in on a class to experience your strength increase for any sport!

Bike Fit

While most bikes are technically sound, improper positioning on the bike can result in a disappointing ride. Proper fitting ensures maximum comfort and superior power/wattage.


Funtional Power (FTP), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), VO2, sweat rate, etc. We can test your body to optimize your plan. We will coach you through these personalized efforts to make sure we know your maximum capability.
