Full Assessment $150 - Complete individual consultation focused on food education and a personal diet plan with goal setting to coordinate with your training plan.
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Testing $120 - A test that measures your body's individual energy needs at rest to determine your calorie/carbohydrate/fat/protein requirements for optimal performance. Breanne uses this data to develop recommendations to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

INDIVIDUAL & PACKAGE SERVICES
Single Session $120 - One personal hour to answer any nutrition questions with your diet plan
Express Session $70 - A focused 30 minutes to fine tune a particular aspect of your diet plan
Grocery Store Tour $120 - Breanne walks you through your grocery store teaching you how to implement your diet plan, pick out supplements and keep it all within budget
Kitchen Makeover $120 - Breanne will join you in your kitchen and help you unload the unhealthy foods that trigger poor eating behaviors and restock with nutritious, wholesome products
Grocery Store Tour & Kitchen Makeover Combo $200
5 session package $550 - Assessment + 4 follow-ups including: Personal meal plans, recipes, calorie counts, and any combination of services offered. Use your 5 sessions over a 3 month period.
10 session package $990 - For the most committed. This plan includes personal meal plans, recipes, calorie counts, and any combination of services offered. Use your 10 sessions over a 6 month period.

Breanne Nalder | Nutrition Coach
Breanne earned a BS in Biology a Masters degree (MS) in Nutrition and Sports Dietetics from the University of Utah. She is licensed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), and is also certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in group fitness, personal training, and pilates. Breanneworks hard to teach the science of food and how our bodies use nutrients as fuel to achieve optimal performance. She also races for the DNA Cycling Team p/b K4 Racing. Accolades include top ameteur finisher in the US Pro National road race 2014, NRC podium finishes at the Cascade Classic and Mt Hood stage races, overall UCA points leader 2013, State TT and Hill climb champion 2013 and 2014, and participation in UCI races Vuelta Ciclista El Salvador and the Giro della Toscana. So, she practices what she preaches!
